Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and no requirement to buy or hold stock. If anyone asks you to pay to become a GadgetDeals KE partner, it is not us — report it immediately.
How long does the referral last?
Thirty days from the last click on your link. If the customer clicks another partner's link after yours, the later partner is credited — last touch wins, and that rule is in the Partner Agreement.
Can I earn commission on my own purchase?
No. Orders placed by you, your household, or on your own payment method do not earn commission. It is the one rule that gets accounts suspended most often, so we state it plainly.
When exactly do I get paid?
Payouts run every Friday for commission unlocked by Wednesday midnight. The minimum payout is KSh 1,000 — anything below that rolls into the following week.
What happens if a customer returns the phone?
The commission is reversed. If it had already been paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout. We will always tell you which order it relates to.
Do I see customer details?
No. You see the order value, date and status. You never see a customer's name, address, phone number or email — that is a data protection commitment, not a preference.
Can I run adverts?
Yes, with limits. You may not bid on our brand name in paid search, buy lookalike domains, or run adverts that appear to come from us. Everything else is fair game, provided the claims are accurate.
What are the grounds for suspension?
Spam, fake orders, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, impersonating us, or inventing claims about products, warranty or pricing. We tell you the reason and give you 14 days to respond before a final decision.
