How corporate orders work
Can we pay on 30-day terms?
Yes, from 50 units, subject to a straightforward credit check. Below that we ask for payment on delivery or a 50% deposit.
Can you match specific models across the whole order?
Usually. Ex-UK supply varies, so for large orders we either reserve stock as it arrives or agree a small set of equivalent models upfront. Brand new sealed stock is easier to match exactly, at a higher unit cost.
What happens when a device fails?
The same 12-month warranty applies per unit. For corporate accounts we swap first and repair afterwards, so your staff are not left without a phone.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, to all 47 counties, and we can split a single order across multiple sites with separate delivery notes.
Can we trade in our old fleet?
Yes. Bulk trade-ins are valued per unit and can be offset directly against the invoice, including the 8% bonus.
Do you provide a device list for our asset register?
Every order ships with a spreadsheet of model, storage, colour, grade, IMEI and serial number per unit.
