Lipa Pole Pole

40% deposit, balance over 1–3 months. Needs a Kenyan ID, an M-Pesa line registered in your name for at least six months, and one reference contact. Approval usually under an hour in business hours.

M-Pesa in full

STK push or paybill. The fastest route — the device is allocated the moment payment confirms.

Card

Visa and Mastercard on a secure gateway with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your card number.

Bank transfer & bank finance

Direct transfer from any Kenyan bank, usually clearing within two banking hours. For corporate orders we also work with your bank's asset finance facility.

If you miss an instalment

We call you. There is a seven-day grace period with no penalty. Beyond that a late fee applies, and it is a fixed amount rather than a percentage that grows. We do not repossess phones, and we do not list customers with credit reference bureaus for this product.

If your circumstances change, tell us early. Restructuring a plan is straightforward and costs nothing — it is a far better outcome for both of us than a default.
